      Pros

      Pros: Salary is the only positive aspect. Other than that, there are no significant benefits for employees.

      Cons

      Worst management experience. Especially for tech developers, the work-life balance is extremely poor with very long working hours, often extending to most days of the week. Employees are treated more like resources to be billed to clients rather than valued professionals. Management focus seems to be more on client demands than employee well-being. I would strongly advise developers to carefully evaluate the work culture before joining.

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
