      As long as you're in a project and your billing is active, they will not create any problem

      Cons

      As long as you’re billable they will be nice to you. The moment you’re released from the project, they will terminate you without notice on the grounds of misconduct so that they don’t have to pay in lieu of notice. Their HR puppet ‘Pallavi’ will run after your life to spoil your career by serving the termination letter and holding the relieving letter forever. I'm quite sure they must have hundreds of ongoing legal cases on illegal terminations and harassment

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
