      company is run by good management people who are from top educational institutes with vast amount of experience

      there are not too many cons, but only disadvantage is the more you work the more pressure is put on you

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
