Management is poor, disconnected, and have no idea how to structure and run a multinational company! They hire top talent to fix there mess, then quickly find a reason to get rid of them to save a dollar. They will offer manager positions great money, pressure you to solve an issue, then fire you when the India team learns the new process. They will fire good ppl to afford the new executive with hopes they will solve there issues, then fire that executive if they correct their business practice or process. Highly egotistical owner and executive's who fire instead of training or solving issues. Managers and cliques getting raises and promotions while workers have gone years without a review in Duluth.*** The review from the recruiter is a LIE cause there is no female over the recruiting team!**** All mangers do as told for fear of being berated and yelled at from executive management! I have seen grown men - executives being screamed at and called stupid. So go against this advice and your own peril. I ignored the reviews and lived to tell the truth only by shear grace. DO NOT LEAVE A JOB FOR A POSITION WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
