      This is a start up company that offers good pay & benefits. There are lots of opportunities to grow within the company. HR is very helpful and we get good advise and support from the Management.

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
