You can easily make a killing in recruiting or sales. New hires in sales and recruiting are literally handed golden opportunities to make money. I did, I am not any better than anyone else, and I was doubling my salary in commissions within the first two years. The long term employees are making money and getting promotions. Management does not put up with BS or BS excuses and is results oriented. If you're producing, you can pretty much do what you want. If you're not, those excuses aren't going to fly very far for very long, which I appreciated. My advice to new hires, put your game face on and come ready to pull your weight. Fantastic place to advance your career if you're a serious contributor.
