Pathetic Work Culture - Anonymous employee Innova Solutions Employee Review

I have joined Innova’s Bangalore Office for about a month now. Culture is pathetic. No work ethics. No policies. Everyone who works here act as a king. No one values your knowledge, your experience. HR is worst, No induction & orientation. HR is regarded as the Voice of employees, you can never see HR to support you here, very immature HR who never understand what you are trying to say. Though it is an MNC, The management does not want to adapt to new strategies, new developments. Most preference here is only to people from Tamil Nadu- with even zero or less than zero competency. The Recruitment team sits with the Development team acts like they are the people with horns and they are the only people who is working very hard. One can easily here the entire conversation with the candidates, even about the salaries. You can easily get to see the overall pressure on the Recruitment team faces. Every employee is treated differently here.
