      ACS Group is a good place to work, and with open communication and an open door policy, we actively listen to our employees suggestions. Some areas of the organization are, by necessity, more centralized than others for efficiency and consistency sake.       Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
