      Pros

      The mindset and organic growth of the organization is fantastic, in last 2 years specially. The CEO and next layer to him are amazing people to work with. They treat humans as humans and not machines. They understand, how to get the work done, without micromanagement.

      Cons

      The facility is not great and the HR function can do a lot better.

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
