      I no longer work here.

      Cons

      The leadership at the top. They are the owner, his family and handful of others that have been there a long time. They have no morals or ethics, they do not care about their employees or customers at all and are extremely cheap.

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
