      Pros

      I have been working with ACS Group for over an year by now and it has been a wonderful journey so far, lot to learn, explore and implement! The management is really supportive, appreciative and has a great vision. ACS can be easily termed as an organization which is employee friendly, process oriented and has strong work ethics. If you are looking to grow, this is the place where you are given all the freedom to do experiments and surely it will bring results!

      As of now I can't visualize any cons to report. Keep up the Great Work!!

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
