Pros
It's a steady job. Very flexible in work/life balance. Allows you to self-manage. Good rapport with management. Management open to ideas/suggestions for improving marketing strategies. Room to grow, but you have to be very vocal about wanting to move up in company. Good "boot camp" for recent graduates wanting to try out recruiting. It's an international company. I would recommend this company to a friend, but I would advise them to find their own health insurance.
Cons
Company contributes very little to health insurance, expect up to 40% of take home pay to go towards "benefits" - employer provided health insurance/PPO - depending on your base salary Base salaries are relatively low compared to competition Too many daily meetings, takes time away from work
