There are several cons
outsourcing everything and then expecting good results
1. no raises for those in "non-revenue" departments, but everyone else, including in upper management gets "bonuses", go on trips and get recognition, lunches are great, if you get that, something more tangible would be better
2, advancement is impossible, people leave if there is no upward movement and take their knowledge with them
3. promises made, forgotten and made again and forgotten again
4. you cannot go to managment without being made to feel a certain way
4. nepotism runs widespread, just about everyone is related and it shows by who IS getting promotions and raises
5 not seeing the talent in front of you, not knowing which employees have the potential to help the company grow,
6 treating permanent employees like they are temporary consultants
matching 401k would be great people will eventually retire its nice to know the company cares enough to help
get a better system to work in the current one needs to be scrapped go with a program that all of the industry use and then you wouldnt have so many problems
there is no HR person onsite, the last one sold shoes instead of doing her job
