This company is messed up. - Anonymous employee Innova Solutions Employee Review

Sadly, it was time to part ways with this company. I would say lack of communication and direction were the biggest cons. They also don’t match the 401k and I heard health plans were extremely expensive. Also, they were trying to increase their visibility by asking all employees to post positive reviews in order to counteract all the negative reviews. I would not work here again and o would not recommend anyone to work here. There are SO many other staffing agencies out there. I’d rather work for one of them instead. I don’t know what the CEO does. I’ve never spoken to him or seen an email from him. He’s nonexistent. The senior management is mostly family members ( CEO, CFO, COO, and a couple of SVPs).
