Horrendous Experience - Senior Software Engineer Innova Solutions Employee Review

When you get Job they will be all over you asking for documents,joining date etc as they are making more money from Clients, But once you leave the company HR wont even answer your phone calls, they wont reply to your emails. When we ask for final settlement HR says speak to Finance Department and Finance Department says speak to HR. Absolutely Horrendous Experience. 60 days for Final settlement ,Get a grip chaps !! Absolutely bunch of Jerks working over there !! I left the company 4 months back and I still didn't receive the relieving letter
