      Pros

      Seems everything is good and next level manager with you at your innovative thoughts till you working with them.

      Cons

      They ask you to work for long hours, holidays & weekends and not willing to compensate that. Once you put down the papers they will behave weird with you even not attending your calls. And will threaten you that we will not give you relieving letter and will say anyway bgv for your next company needs to go through us.

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
