      Pros

      Salary is upto or more than market standards because weekends we do not have off.Comp offs cannot be taken even when we work on weekends.

      Cons

      Notice period is 2 months but when they decide to remove you they immediately send you off and dont pay the salary when in bench. till now didnt get my FnF amount

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
