Pros

Work pressure is not too high and there's enough time to try out new things and develop yourself. Atmosphere is reasonably good. Lots of diversity (ethnicity and gender)

Cons

There doesn't seem to be a true love for the products they're working with. When I started working there, many nice, small, benefits were offered like: fruit in the office, gym allowance, Friday snacks. As time went by, most benefits were slimmed down or removed altogether. No growth opportunities.

Pros

If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

Cons

This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
