      Pros

      Working at ACS has provided me with the autonomy & necessary work/life balance being a single parent. The ability to work remotely while also being able to work in both the Orange County & LA offices provides the best of both worlds.

      Cons

      As with any organization experiencing significant growth there are bound to be some growing pains; mainly, in my opinion, due to "branding" & associating the different operating companies into & under one umbrella of ACS Group.

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
