      Pros

      As Innova is a startup company, we can learn lof of technologies and frameworks. The frameworks are like Spring, Grails, Struts. So the growth in the technical side will be rapid. The work culture is very good.

      Cons

      Regarding the salary part, Innova provides very less salary. The Hike percentage also very low.

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
