      Flexible working time schedule with diverse multicultural members and easy/friendly working environment

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive and number of full paid sick leaves were changed to 4 only considering some legacy product projects will always require long hours and weekend support

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
