Hi, Thanks for your feedback. It is sad to see that you have posted more "cons" than "pros" for such a people-friendly organization like us. Please understand that the average tenure of employees at innova is over 6-7 years and this wouldn't be possible, if whatever u have mentioned as "cons" is even marginally correct. We urge you to raise your concerns in a proper HR forum instead of using a public platform. Innova is perhaps the most employee friendly organization around and feel free to speak your mind.
