      Only flexible office timings and nothing more

      No good senior, they very well know how to play with outsiders. 95% local employee and they will do politics forming group. Every time team will speak in Telugu in and out of meeting. No salary increment. Seniors are showing infront of managers they are helping juniors to get good ratings but actually they are not . Even HR will only show that they are supporting you but internally they are not . If you notice, all the good reviews came all of sudden few months before it was 3.4 something (think why it happened) They have fired young freshers . If company is not having projects it was not freshers fault. It ruined their career. If you are not local don't join innova , everyday will be like torcher for you and if local then all the best for grouping.

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
