No upward mobility Decision makers do not understand workflows Production is overworked and underpaid Talent is overlooked, under utilized, and under valued Corporate politics gets in the way of efficient productivity. Passive management. NO empowerment, continuing ed, or professional development. You grind it out. That's it.
