Cons
CEO only cares for the bottom-line $ and has 0 empathy or regard for his employees or clients. The 2nd in charge is a narcissistic, delusional psychopath who's used her personal vendettas to systematically wipe out the remaining hardworking, intelligent employees. Culture here is incredibly toxic, and unfortunately any concerns brought to HR are swept under the rug. Politics play a HUGE part here. The company has wasted millions of dollars on a new system that has failed on every level for over years now - but management is in denial and can't take constructive criticism and has lost money and employees as a result. Oh, and if you try to leave because you're unhappy, they will make your life a living hell. Most of the good employees have already jumped ship. Many employees that are left are burnt-out, working 12+ hours with little to no recognition (it's in fact expected to overwork). My advice... RUN as far away as you can from here. There are way better job opportunities out there.
