      Pros

      Good, hard working people in the plants.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits, seniormost leadership is abusive and bullying. Everyone knows there’s no cash and vendors get paid only when they threaten to cut off deliveries. If I could give zero stars I would.

      Interesting work, able to keep busy. Great coworkers. Wonderful supervisors

      Cons

      Health insurance can be difficult to work with for anything that's not a preventative visit.

      The work itself is interesting.

      Cons

      The company continues to outsource positions to an off-shore company. There is no room for advancement. The culture has changed and is no longer loyal to long-term employees.
