Upper management gets all the perks - Anonymous employee Innovairre Employee Review

Upper management get promoted regularly. We get emails telling us every time another person in upper management gets hired or promoted, yet those of us in the trenches get nothing. No bonuses or raises and no opp for promotion. Once a year (whenever they decide that actually is) we get a small living wage increase. We are short staffed but being told there is a hiring freeze, yet hires upper management. Makes no sense.
