      Nearly zero flexibility for hours despite being fulltime salary exempt. The Project Management role is pure data entry and requires no actual management. Unlimited Vacation with a skeleton crew simply means you cannot take vacation and will not be paid out if you leave or are downsized.

      Interesting work, able to keep busy. Great coworkers. Wonderful supervisors

      Health insurance can be difficult to work with for anything that's not a preventative visit.

      The work itself is interesting.

      Cons

      The company continues to outsource positions to an off-shore company. There is no room for advancement. The culture has changed and is no longer loyal to long-term employees.
