Pros
If you’re a white male, you will fit in perfectly!
Cons
1. 90% white male (no diversity and management has no idea what they are doing to try and fix that) 2. Men can do and say whatever they want, they will not be reprimanded. 3. Expect to work 60+ hours a week, don’t plan on vacation. If you do within the first year or three, you will be judged for taking vacation. And not in a good way. 4. Communication is bad- very poor, and nobody cares. 5. Compliance hotline is a joke. If there are issues, people just quit because it goes nowhere. Back to the chief of hr and CEO - neither of which deserve or belong in those positions. Compliance hotline is there because it’s required, not because they will do anything about any complaints. 5. Chief of hr has no experience in HR. Small amount he does have is with “culture”… and the culture outcome at their “top facility” is toxic. 6. Wrongful terminations - especially those of women… and now you’re grasping why it’s 90-% white male in all 6 facilities. 7. Nepotism. Need I say more? Alive and well. Two of the division presidents report to the president. Fair? I think not. Fair reviews? What reviews? Reviews across the board are not at all the same… and nobody is concerned about that. 8. Paternity leave. Lol. Maternity leave, even funnier. 9. Trust is earned, never given. You will earn that trust over the course of years … 10. Building fake relationships to rat out people is encouraged. 11. Gaslighting - come one, come all- if it hasn’t happened yet, be patient, it will. 12. Manipulation of data for reporting purposes to shareholders to seem less “negative” 13. 65% churn rate at one of the facilities. 14. Thinking outside the box or challenging the status quo IS NOT ENCOURAGED. 15. People in senior management - especially the men can do what they want. Work on whatever their hearts desire - and even completely fail on tasks- and not be reprimanded. In fact, the CEO is happy to pick up their workload. while women are criticized and treated completely the opposite with unrealistic work expectations and held to different standards. Yes, merger is two years old (not positive?) and there are bound to be growing pains; however, this is WAY MORE THAN THAT! Don’t discount the toxic work place, poor leadership and management and lack of any sort of diversity in supervisor or management positions. The toxicity is everywhere in everything and in everyone. Too much to say and too little space. If you’re a woman I would run, not walk, run. If you’re a woman of diverse color or a minority- you will not do well - especially in the Ogden or phoenix facility unless you’re on the floor. Women are considered less than. Why are there not more reviews? That should be a red flag - look up each of the facilities. Go to the headquarters website and look up each site… on Glassdoor. there should be many, many, many more reviews.
