Pros
They hire hard workers and knowledgeable individuals.
Cons
The way certain leadership treats people is egregious. There is lying, selfish agendas, unprofessionalism, blatant favoritism, Toxic Business Hierarchy Syndrome, the list goes on. There are people in leadership roles that desperately need "people friendly" training and are on power trips daily, emotionally abusing their employees. Just because people can make the company money does not mean they should be in charge of others without being in check. Such a cliche company only focused on money and absolutely nothing else.
Stress levels are at a maximum at all times, morale is 6 feet underground. Nobody cares about you, only the output you are providing which is not recognized if you go above and beyond so do not bother.
Absolutely no incentives. Why are people busting their butts to make the company money? Pure greed. Getting rid of people left and right only to work those still around harder, and for what?
Teams do not align, blame each other for mistakes, do not communicate, have different rules and processes and only get agitated with each other. Terrible team work efforts with little to no support from management.
