Staff, for the most part the staff make this company what it is. Some Great people. Work Life balance is fairly good. Benefits are decent.
Cons
Here we go, CEO only cares about lining his friends pockets. No Pay increases except for large bonuses and signing on fee's for the new management. Heavy handed changes to work flows, do it or leave attitude - and many are leaving. Hard work Ignored. No communication with middle management. New management are Alienating staff they "dont like" and causing a hostile work environment. Canceling pay rises for NO REASON. Making staff wait 3 months to be told this. New management come across friendly, but have no respect for current staff and achievements and have a do as I say attitude. I could go on...........
