Pros

-Good benefits -Great coworkers -At least one of the products they sell is high quality

Cons

They do not give out any sort of bonuses or raises to their customer-service level employees. It's a library software company that brags about hiring librarians but treats the top librarian talent worse than if we were working in retail. At least when I made minimum wage I was guaranteed an annual raise.

The role is fully remote. SaaS that supports libraries.

Cons

Difficult work/life balance for West Coast employees, working hours need to overlap with Belgrade. The layoff process is abrupt, with no opportunity to knowledge share or transfer current statuses.
