Pros

- Friendly people - WFH - Dog friendly

Cons

I left because my dr was concerned about my health. The amount of work they pile on and expect is insane for the wage they provide. My title wasn’t even close to actual work I was doing and I was told the wouldn’t adjust it or pay for what I was doing. The culture is BS, it’s like Highschool. If you’re in it’s great but if you’re not kissing butt it sucks.

Pros

- Dog friendly office (but the company is moving so that's going away) - Most of the people are friendly - Volunteer opportunities are fun

Cons

- SELL SELL SELL - that's all the owner seems to care about. - Health insurance is way too complicated. You're essentially sent to the market and you get a stipend. - They tote that they're flexible and they're hybrid/remote roles, but you'll always have pressure to come into the office, because "we're in the business of workplaces". - I feel like within the last few years I'm always stressed but I don't trust my manager enough to talk about it. - Pay has been disappointing since the get-go. - People in the same department (in the same role) are held to different expectations. (IE: some can work fully remote while still living within a reasonable distance of an office and while are forced to come into the office) - The owner wouldn't even acknowledge ICE being in the city, he kept referring to it as "the situation happening in Minneapolis", You have immigrants who work at your company, it would have went a long way to publicly offer your support to them. - I was interested in Leveling up, but my manager wasn't able to tell me if there would be a pay increase. All they said was there might be. It's a little insane to want somebody to take on more work for the same pay. - We used to get a $1,000 bonus if we met our margin goal at the end of the year. Now we get put into a drawing to possibly win money towards our company store. Not exactly a fair trade off. Especially when Sales Reps get the opportunity to go to a resort in Mexico.
