There is a lack of training for your job. The management is unprofessional. The turn over rate is ridiculous and they think it's either they aren't hiring the right people or that you can't handle the environment. NEWS FLASH it's the way you treat and talk to people. You are belittled in front of your peers, talked down upon, nothing positive is spoken to you, and you better conform to there ways of being rude and disrespectful just to get your point across. There is no leadership to build you up with positivity, encouragement, and be a part of a team. They want you to throw everyone under the bus to get down to who, what, where, and when things happen. I understand you want to find the source of the problem and fix it but they do it in a very wrong way and leave you feeling like you don't deserve this job. Please read these reviews very carefully.
