The job posting on Indeed is misleading in that it is for an entry level welder and there was no mention that previous welding experience was required, however you must pass a 6G weld test within the first 10 days or you are eliminated. The posting would have you believe the training period is for 16 weeks and that you are then advanced to an apprentice position. An entry level welder would not have the experience to pass this test.
