Pay, if they actually kept you longer than a week.
Cons
Short and sweet. This place is toxic. They refuse to hire women for trades, some in office and almost none higher than administrative from what I saw. They expect people to pay hundreds out of pocket to come across country to test for the job, none of which is reimbursed upon hire. I have seen multiple people get hired and within the first week be terminated, during the apprenticeship. This place does not care about its employees, only their bottom line.
