      Horrible company to work for - Field Service Technician Innovative Refrigeration Systems Employee Review

      The customers and fellow techs/field employees

      Cons

      They steal money from your checks, use your earnings as leverage for compliance to training, don’t pay you for being stuck in traffic, lie to techs and customers. They will also hold your last paycheck until they are ready to release it. They literally have no Human Resources department and clearly don’t know labor laws regarding pay. Oh and they pay half the hourly rate their competition does. Highly unsafe company to work for as well.

      Great benefits, fair pay, reasonable work/life balance, nice people, industry-leading products and talent, family-oriented management staff.

      I honestly can't think of one.

      All the reviews that talk about "Growing so fast", "people need to work", "work hard isn't for everyone", please read their title... Realistically, the company culture is not the best in my opinion. They also state that their standards are high but when pointed out claim that it isn't a problem and that its only you that is complaining. The benefits are also not stellar.
