Pros

Inspiring and honorable employees... unfortunate that they are taken advantage of.

Cons

This is not a safe place to work!! They prey on college, young adults, and athletes. Extremely high turnover rate and not because the work is difficult. Constantly threatening employees' job security …told you are being watched via teams and in the office and use this as a threatening tool, which is shown through their micromanagement. Consider themselves to be metrics based when they are favoritism based. Lack of recs each week and some recruiters are given special treatment on recs. They are given before they are released to everyone else so there is no equal opportunity. The management is unavailable, understaffed, and overpaid, while the recruiters are overstaffed and underpaid. Claim to have a "sales program" that has no clear structure or path to promotion. Within this “sales program,” you also do NOT receive commission, which is promoted constantly as an incentive to join the company. A total of 9 people started this program and there is now only 1 person left. There is a threshold before you can reach your commission for recruiters (have to hit 5k before you can receive any money for your work), which they then raised to $500 more… not clear in the contract if they can keep raising it or not. You only get a small % of that so you will basically only see around $900 of the 5k and it is unclear where the rest of this money goes. Suspicion of fraud within the company and a concerning spending problem. Have gone through several accountants. They hide this corruption with the promise that your “hard work will pay off” and that recognition for your hard work is better than receiving pay for work. As soon as you get close to receiving commission they either fire you or raise expectations, so the carrot dangled in front of you continues to move further away. They pick a slim few in the company to be used as examples of what your life “could be” openly discuss the amount of money they are making, and choose individuals to be negative examples and as a demonstration/ warning to others. At least they will take you to a happy hour once a month to make up for cruel and borderline illegal treatment!

We are surprised and saddened to see the number of inaccuracies in this post. It would be difficult to address them as we do not have context/knowledge on some of the things stated here. We highly recommend & encourage anyone reading this review to reach out to any of our employees and ask for their feedback. For transparency’s sake, our compensation is fully and clearly explained in the employment agreement that each employee signs upon starting with us. Not only is there no incident to date of us letting someone go or making changes to commission when someone “starts making money,” there would be no business case for us as a company to do so. We are extremely proud that our overall employee base sees a 200% average earnings growth YOY. This 200% YOY earnings growth potential has also been adjusted for outliers earning far above the average. As far as a compensation change, all employees received a $10,000 base salary raise in 2022 to help with the increase in the cost of living and provide a more guaranteed income structure. To account for this increase in guaranteed earnings we shifted our commission structure to match the $10K raise. There were no changes made to employees’ total comp. Employees at Innovien receive uncapped commission if they are making placements as a recruiter or when they are promoted to account management. To address our sales trainee program, 9 people were a part of this program with two having received promotions, one now thriving in a recruiting role, and another still working towards a promotion. We work with all underperforming employees by providing direct feedback and allowing significant time/coaching to see improvement in their results before any decisions are made regarding employment status. We appreciate your hard work while you were here but agree to disagree with the validity of some of the facts shared in this post. We do not hide behind the fact that this environment is challenging and not for everyone.

Pros

I had an exceptional experience with Innovien Solutions. From day one, their level of attention and care was unparalleled. My recruiter, Adam Williams, consistently went above and beyond by regularly scheduling calls and checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. He was always proactive in offering assistance whenever I needed it. Additionally, Mollie Ferguson, National Delivery Executive with Innovien Solutions, played an important advocacy role that supported my successful transition to a full-time position with RTX. Her efforts, even during times when the company wasn’t actively hiring, made a meaningful difference and helped me feel valued. Overall, Innovien Solutions stands out for their genuine care for employees and their commitment to professional growth. Highly recommend!

Cons

My only negative experience was waiting years for the contract to become a conversion with the client. However, that was no fault on Innovien and more so with the client and budgetary constraints.

Pros

There are no pros - If I could give 0 stars I would

Cons

They are a scam and target young adults (typically fresh out of college) to either groom or use you. Your best off if they end up using you for whatever scam they have going on with quickly hiring and firing people, because If they are able to groom you and turn you into an "account manager" you will have to learn to be manipulated and manipulate others as well as lead by fear. Every incentive is dangled like a carrot in-front and moved when you hit it, so they don't have to pay everyone their bonuses. When I was supposed to be paid out for my bonus (it was for hitting 5K then they switched it to 10K when I hit the 5K). They had a "sales development program", so young adults would want to work there after college that they ended up cutting, forcing everyone to be underpaid recruiters. Management will make it seem like the incentives are great if you work hard enough, not that the incentives are even that great in the first place. No matter "how are you work or tough" you are, if they don't see you as someone they can groom, then they will not keep you around. I promise you are worth more than what this job can offer you and despite what this company puts out into the world, there are other amazing companies and people that will treat and pay you the way you deserve, so don't feel like this company is your only option!

While we know our environment of high performance isn’t for everyone, we take all feedback seriously and are always working to ensure that our people feel supported and have a clear path to accomplish their professional goals. That said, we welcome honest dialogue and would be open to understanding more if you’d like to share further detail. We remain committed to being transparent during our interview, onboarding, and development processes so expectations are clear and aligned. We also encourage prospective employees to connect with our current team to get a direct perspective on our culture, performance standards, and opportunities for growth.
