Pros
Good people, low expectations, a "do what you want" company with money to throw around.
Cons
Severe technical issues (security, data integrity, scalability) and poor handling of mergers. The core system is extremely outdated (c2001) and maintenance has been negligent at best. Inntopia had no professional or qualified engineers until approximately 2015. The system needs at least 1-2 years of updates and rebuilds, but the current focus is on reselling the existing system to clients for whom it will fail. Very shortsighted.
