Pros

I'm surprised to see some of the negative review on here. This is a fast growing company, with some growing pains, but all in all a great place to work. Some of the things the negative reviewers dislike ("I hate dogs", for example) are what makes it a place I enjoy working. Flex-time is available. Working remotely from Burlington is an option some days. Benefits package is solid. Managers are flexible with time off, etc. Room to grow with the company. Exciting industry (travel and technology).

Cons

Location, if you live in Burlington. If you don't like dogs, you won't like it here.
