The way fairly new employees were treated when the covid-19 pandemic hit. I was forced to resign because I did not qualify for FMLA. I have a toddler aged child and daycare closed as a result of Covid-19, so I was unable to report to work. I attempted to apply for leave, but because Inova has more than 500 employees, I was told I did not qualify. Therefore, I was forced to resign or I would have been terminated.
