Good place to work - Case Manager Inova Employee Review

Very good atmosphere and community all around

Parking is a minor issue

Safe care, safe ratios, good coworkers, some good managers

Pay and benefits aren't competitive even though they claim to market adjust. Like other hospital systems the upper management doesn't really care about employee satisfaction and policies for staff are getting worse, incentives for working short shifts have declined significantly. I notice micromanaging. I feel but manager and supervisors are good, but more and more power is taken from them it seems.
