It’s a race to the bottom; clueless management, bitter employees who’ve worked since the start of covid from the office - can you blame them, if their job can be done remotely. People getting covid from their young or older child and not reporting it, no contact tracing. Support groups, hr, IT finance are abysmal. It’s always friends and family day, so don’t be surprised when you have to work with an adult who literally can’t pronounce basic words correctly; this company seems to love hiring unqualified people which causes huge workload imbalances. Prior healthcare experience should be mandatory. Every normal hard working person I know is actively interviewing outside so I can only imagine what it’s like for the mds and rns. If you have any brains, don’t plan on working here long, you can find better wlb, coworkers, processes anywhere else.
