Pros
It is a steady paycheck, small but steady, (until they possibly lay you off) 100% remote, and some of your coworkers are irreplaceable gems. Working for Bowie office. If you really need this job try and work in Bowie only. The money is tolerable & as well as management.
Cons
• Working for Canonsburg office. • Not knowing if your team is the next to get laid off. • If you are a woman of color, you may walk away feeling like an emotionally abused wife. • Salary, leave and health benefits are subpar unless you are coming in as entry level employee and don’t know any better. • They will let some of the best people (women & men) go because they are too cheap to pay for their expertise or management is to intimidated by them. • Constant layoffs, everyone and anyone is disposable. No work/life balance whatsoever and extremely poor management & team leadership. Sr. management constantly talks down to women, even in front of other team members. • Favoritism among those on the team was glaringly obvious. • Desire for success and innovation takes priority over ethics. No real commitment to diversity in leadership. • No professional development. • Shady almost hateful treatment of employees, especially to women of color by male employees. • Business leaders do not connect with employees. • Employees are overworked and under supported. • Bonuses are laughable, when existent.
