Cons
They have had a year to compensate loyal employees the same as new hires in the same position, yet they refuse to even acknowledge it, even after multiple Pulse surveys make this issue painfully obvious. New hires with zero experience, who perform below standards, make $20k+ more annually than long term employees, with experience in the same position, that exceed standards.
