      Pros

      A company that cares. Lots of benefits. Promote internally. I recommend taking a job here if you get the chance, and live in the area.

      Cons

      Upper management can be intimidating. The shuffleboard is usually taken. Parking is sufficient, but you aren't suppose to walk on the road from the far parking lot. But I would do it anyways just to get some fresh air.

      They have a good package, such as pay is good and food offered in the cafeteria at times.

      Cons

      It’s a cult. If you aren’t one of them you’re out. It’s not about preforming or your abilities. It’s about who likes you.
