      Benefits are great. Heavy benefit-weighted compensation package.

      Cons

      Lofty targets to keep bonuses and commissions in check. Bonus eligibility requires 10% increase over previous year at a minimum. See some as high as 75% over previous if you have a good year.

      They have a good package, such as pay is good and food offered in the cafeteria at times.

      Cons

      It’s a cult. If you aren’t one of them you’re out. It’s not about preforming or your abilities. It’s about who likes you.
