10yI'm sorry to hear that your experience at Inpro in not going well. Please feel free to see me, as I'd welcome the opportunity to talk about your concerns. If you do not wish to discuss them, feel free to get me a note pointing me in the right direction. To comment briefly on your "Cons", during 2015 we announced 45 employee promotions and we have already announced 19 promotions to take place in 2016. Regarding issues and ideas we have three robust programs that deal with our continuous improvements. You may want to check out our CEO Council with representation from all areas of our company, our monthly manufacturing/distribution Continuous Suggestions for Improvement award, and our monthly Inpro Outstanding Leader Award.
