Pros

The time off and benefits are great. The workout room is nice if you ever have time to use it.

Cons

There is zero room for advancement and the pay is fairly low. The atmosphere is like being in high school. Management plays favorites and would rather point fingers and blame each other than actually solve problems. I've witnessed hard workers be blacklisted for promotions because they didn't "go with the flow" of management's hidden agendas. Major issues are swept under the rug and ideas are constantly ignored, all while management brags how great of a company they are.

Pros

They have a good package, such as pay is good and food offered in the cafeteria at times.

Cons

It’s a cult. If you aren’t one of them you’re out. It’s not about preforming or your abilities. It’s about who likes you.
