* Work with inspiring, extremely sharp CEO, Jason Calacanis. * Able to work with bleeding edge tech. Whatever it takes to ship product fast, within reason. * Ability to step up and be a leader, you just have to have guts and sell team on your ideas. * Entire team will pivot if an idea is not taking hold. Even Jason is willing to kill something if it's not working and move on, quickly.

Cons

* Not a 9-5 corporate gig. Sometimes things break or some night/weekend work is needed to keep up with the pace. * Iterations and pivots can be very fast-paced (you need lot's of caffeine here). * A little too much tactical involvement by upper management than I'd think efficient.
