I routinely received Slack messages and emails at 9 PM and on Sundays with requests framed as urgent. Weekend check-ins to handle 'critical issues' became standard, and there was never clarity on which situations actually warranted after-hours contact. I pushed back multiple times about boundaries, but suggestions from people in charge suggested this was just how real estate implementation worked.
